1. Onboarding and verification
Business details, registration and contact verification required before listings go live.

2. Listing accuracy and catalog moderation
Titles, images, pricing and specifications must match what is delivered. Changes are subject to review.

3. Stock, lead time and out-of-stock handling
Keeping availability current; out-of-stock items are hidden automatically.

4. On-site counter conduct
Setup and teardown windows, staff behaviour, venue rules and handover.

5. No platform commission
GIFT NOW takes no commission on your gift sales. Your relationship with the buyer is direct; the platform earns only event participation and featuring fees from hosts and brands.

6. Quality, complaints and chargebacks
Responsibility for product quality and how buyer complaints are handled.

7. Suspension and removal
