Host Agreement

Applies to every event owner or authorised representative who raises a gifting demand on GIFT NOW, for Open Gifting counters or Pre Gifting purchases.
1. Authority to raise a gifting demand
You must be the event owner, or hold the event owner's permission. GIFT NOW records your declaration, verified contact, IP address and timestamp as evidence.

2. Accuracy of event, venue and date details
Vendors commit stock and staff based on what you submit. Inaccurate details may cancel the activation.

3. Verification for Open Gifting
Open Gifting places a physical counter at your venue. GIFT NOW may verify your authority before confirming or going live, and may decline a demand it cannot verify.

4. Venue access, counter space and on-site contact
You provide agreed counter space, setup time and a reachable on-site contact on the event day.

5. Cancellation and no-show

6. Fees
GIFT NOW takes no commission on gift sales. Charges are limited to event participation fees and optional featuring or priority fees.

7. Liability and disputes
GIFT NOW is a matching platform. Gift quality, fulfilment and guest transactions sit between the vendor or brand and the buyer.
